The University operates under a bicameral governance framework, consisting of an executive authority and an advisory upper house, along with an independent media and communications wing.

Administrative Cabinet (Lower House)

The Administrative Cabinet of the University serves as the lower house and principal executive authority, responsible for the overall administration, governance, and implementation of all institutional decisions. It is the highest decision-making and executive body, and all actions of the University are carried out under its approval and authority. Currently, Syed Ali Imam Zangipuri serves as the Speaker of the House, while Syed Raza Imam Zangipuri serves as the Leader of the House and General Secretary of the Administrative Cabinet of the University. The office bearers of the Administrative Cabinet further include Syed Jawad Imam Rizvi Zangipuri as President of the Administrative Cabinet of the University, Syed Razi Imam Zangipuri as Deputy Secretary of the Administrative Cabinet of the University, and Syed Muzammil Imam Zangipuri as Assistant Secretary of the Administrative Cabinet of the University.The Administrative Cabinet includes members from several countries.

Imam Assembly Zangipur (Upper House)

The Imam Assembly Zangipur functions as a purely advisory upper house, providing guidance on religious, ethical, and community matters. It may review and suggest proposals; however, it does not hold executive or decision-making authority, and all final decisions and implementations rest exclusively with the Administrative Cabinet. Currently, Dr Syed Sher Ali Rizvi Zangipuri serves as the Speaker of the House, while Syed Raza Imam Zangipuri serves as the official spokesperson of the Assembly.

Imam Productions Zangipur

Imam Productions Zangipur is the official media and communications wing of the University, responsible for content creation, documentation, broadcasting, and institutional outreach. Founded by the Chancellor of University, Syed Raza Imam Zangipuri, Imam Productions Zangipur is administered by the Office of the Director of the University, Syed Jawad Imam Rizvi Zangipuri, and operates under the guidance and supervision of the Chancellor, serving as the central body for official media production and institutional communications.

Governance Principle

The Administrative Cabinet holds full executive authority, while the Imam Assembly serves in an advisory capacity only. All institutional execution is carried out under the Cabinet’s approval and direction.
