The show stars Kokomi Yokoyama, a young woman who gains a mysterious Magic Macaron after joining Ospring's Police Force. Magic Macarons are the main story elements, as they serve as superpowers for every character once eaten.

A criminal group, The Rebellious Resistance, uses these desserts for injustice and abuse of their power, which forces their opposing enemies, the OPF, to act and use these macarons as well. Kokomi's goal is to get rid of all criminal activity to make Ospring a utopian society.
