Please register early to insure a room. In the past, rooms have filled up prior to the deadline. You will not be billed earlier than 2 weeks before the conference. Early registration ends January 15th (price increase).

If you plan to bring a poster, please provide an abstract before February 14th (for inclusion in the abstract book). The submission is editable up until the deadline.

Granlibakken is a significant drive from the airport, and some years there are severe winter driving conditions. The resort does not handle airport transportation. We are still in discussions with the shuttle company about a group rate, so you may wish to defer making a reservation, but airport transport is your responsibility.
