05/22/2022 - Sara Safari First Iranian Woman to Submit Everest
Kudos to past Club President Dr. Sara Safari, DTM for being the first Iranian Woman to summit Mt. Everest on her 2nd attempt.
Her 1st attempt in April 2015 was cut short by an earthquake in Nepal when she was near the summit.

First Hybrid Meeting - 08/05/2021
Our first hybrid meeting with 7 in person and 8 on Zoom went well with just a few minor issues.
We had a speech tip and 3 prepared speeches. Two of the prepared speeches were on Zoom and 1 in person. Two evaluation speeches were in person and 1 on Zoom. Four guests join us on Zoom.
