Dear Potential New Members,

I am so excited you are considering to go through the recruitment process here at Illinois State University! This Panhellenic community has truly changed my life in so many ways, and I would have never encountered the meaningful friendships, leadership opportunities, and philanthropic experiences that I did without going through recruitment in Fall of 2023. Aside from all that I have gained from Panhellenic in my time as a member, the recruitment process alone brought me so many friendships that last to this day and taught me so much about myself. Believe it or not, I almost didn't sign up for recruitment coming into my Freshman year. I understand the fear that comes with going through the recruitment process. My goal is to make Illinois State's 2026 Recruitment as transparent as possible so you all understand what you are signed up for and what you can expect throughout this process. I PROMISE YOU, signing up for recruitment is 100% worth it no matter who you are. Anyone can find their home within our community. If you go through the recruitment process, I know your Senior year self will look back on you right now thanking you for taking a chance outside of your comfort zone to find your forever sisterhood that lasts even beyond your years at Illinois State.
