- By purchasing my art you automatically agree to the following conditions.
- If you do not agree, are uncomfortable or have not read my ToS, you may not request a commission.
- I do not allow my art to be reuploaded or redistributed by anyone other than my client.
- I DO NOT allow using my art in anything related to AI-training (INCLUDING ChatGPT, CoPilot, Gemini, etc), Cryptocurrency or NFTs. This includes using my sketches and work-in-progress pictures I send out.
- All my services are currently to be used personally, non-commercial, non-profit, non-monetary. Meaning it cannot be printed, sold, used in advertisement, or used in any context where the client receives monetary gain from it.
- All payment will be done via PayPal and using USD.
- All my work is digital only, meaning you will not receive a physical copy of the art from me specifically.
- Anyone who violates my terms will be blacklisted.
- I do not provide my services to those who are bigoted, or those who use art as means of political hate speech.
- If I discovered a client has a history of bigotry, intolerance or hateful speech, I will refund and they will be blacklisted.
- If I discovered a client has a history of work abuse, overworking and underpayment, I will refund and they will be blacklisted.
Client
- Before ordering from me, I require the client to read the artist's Terms of Service
- The client may request for the artist to take down the art from social media or keep it private within reason.
- The client may showcase or post the finished work- not process pictures, to external spaces such as social media.
- The client has permission to use the finished work for personal use, such as profile pictures, headers, wallpapers, etc.
- The client must properly credit the artist if posting it in external spaces, including profiles or posts.
- The client is NOT allowed to showcase the finished work or process pictures in spaces that are meant to display the client's own work (eg. client's own portfolio or work-related account)
- The client is NOT allowed to claim the artist's work as their own.
- The client is NOT allowed to change, modify, edit or use my works without my permission.
- The client is NOT authorized to trace over my work in any way or turn it into a "base".
- The client is NOT allowed to use the finished work or sketches for commercial use or monetize it.
- The client is also NOT allowed to print out my work
- The client is NOT allowed to use the finished work for redistribution or external projects, commercial or non-commercial use (shirts, mugs, posters, etc)
- The client is REQUIRED to notify the artist if any issues in payment arise- such as wanting a refund as soon as possible.
- The client can ask for the artist to draw something difficult/outside of their intended criteria (eg. complex designs), but the client must discuss with the artist to pay more than the regular prices.
- The client will receive a high-quality image of the final product in private, the artist has trusted you, the client, to adhere to the artist's Terms of Service that states to not feed the finished service into AI or use it for other prohibited purposes.
If the client has violated these terms, you will be blacklisted.
Artist
- The service the artist provides is considered Digital Artwork, meaning the artist never intends to send you a physical copy, print or shipment of the product.
- The artist has all rights to use the art in any way the artist wishes to, such as posting in social media, portfolios, etc.
- The artist will inform the client if the artist wishes to use the ordered work for self-promotion or self-advertisement (non-commercial)
- The artist will not use the client's ordered work for monetary purposes, such as merchandise or art prints.
- The artist not reuse or resell the artwork you ordered for my own personal or commercial projects.
- The artist has the right to decline any project or client for any reason.
- The artist will refund you the full amount paid if the artist wishes to no longer work on your order for any reason.
- The artist will not accept a refund request if the artist has already started sketching.
- The artist has the right to spend as much time as needed, including breaks, during the duration of the process, the artist will always inform the client if it will take longer than usual.
- The artist will not claim the rights to any character design unless it was one of my own.
- I hold all copyrights over my work, which includes the right to redistribute & reproduce.

I have the right to refuse your commission pitch for any reason. If you still want to, you may send a new pitch.
I do not specialize in environmental or concept art, an illustration must contain a character.
You must provide me with reference images, I will not design from scratch.
As a general disclaimer, my art style may not satisfy all customers or translate well. My art style tends to focus on a stylized facial features seen in real life and overly simplifying them, it may look strange. However, I will do my best.
Canvas will be at 350 DPI, typically around 2500x2700 or 3000x3200, canvas size varies depending on the client's wishes.
Will Draw
* I don't draw animals or furries often, but they're not off the table, it may take a bit longer for the anatomy to be right.
* I will never charge extra for diverse features such as disability aids, plus sized or ethnic features. I'll try my best to capture their intended designs.
* I will try to be as-accurate as I can with certain characters, I will only draw characters who have overly complex and uneccesary details (eg. Hoyoverse) with simplified or different designs. However, prices will be discussed if client wants me to draw the original complex design.
Won't Draw
* Incest includes: adopted, step or half siblings/parents/cousins.
* I will not draw child-like character archetypes in a romantic/sexual/suggestive context, especially with older-looking characters.
* Don't request to draw Teen x Adult pairings either.
* If the characters have their age/age gap or family relations as a topic of debate, regardless of the client's own opinions, then do not commission me romantic art of the debated couple(s), as I cannot verify every claim or intepretation.
If I discovered you purposely withheld information from me to get me to draw couples that fall under these categories or otherwise debated relations without my knowledge, you will be blacklisted.
