Welcome to iliNotes, a note-taking mobile application developed by iliApps.

By downloading, installing, or using the iliNotes application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should discontinue using the application.

2. ELIGIBILITY

iliNotes may be used by individuals of all age groups.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the application complies with applicable laws in their region.

3. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

iliNotes is a productivity application designed to help users create, organize, and manage notes.

Features may include:

• Text note creation

• Notebook organization

• Document scanning

• OCR text extraction

• AI-assisted note summarization or rewriting

• Exporting notes

• Optional cloud synchronization

Some features may be limited or unavailable in the free version and may require a Pro subscription.

Features may change, improve, or be discontinued at any time.

4. USER ACCOUNTS

Certain features may require signing in using a Google account.

By signing in, you agree that:

• The information you provide is accurate

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account

• You are responsible for all activity under your account

5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

When using iliNotes, you agree not to:

• Upload harmful, malicious, or unlawful content

• Attempt to disrupt the functionality of the service

• Distribute malware, spam, or harmful software

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

6. USER CONTENT

Users retain ownership of the content they create within iliNotes, including:

• Images

• Documents

• AI-generated content saved by the user

By using the application, you grant iliApps a limited license to process your content only for the purpose of providing application functionality.

iliApps does not claim ownership of your notes or personal data.

7. AI FEATURES

iliNotes may provide AI-powered tools such as:

• Text summarization

• Content rewriting

• AI-assisted note generation

• OCR text extraction

AI-generated responses may not always be accurate or complete.

Users should review AI-generated results before relying on them.

iliApps is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

Some AI-powered tools may require a Pro subscription.

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

iliNotes may integrate with third-party services including:

• Google Sign-In

• Google Firebase

• Google Drive

• AI service providers

These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

iliApps is not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.

9. ADVERTISEMENTS

iliNotes is currently ad-free.

If advertisements are introduced in the future, they may be served by third-party providers such as Google AdMob.

This document will be updated if advertisements are introduced.

10. PAID SERVICES & PRO SUBSCRIPTIONS

Some advanced features of iliNotes may require a paid subscription ("Pro Version").

All payments are processed through the Google Play Store billing system.

Subscription policies include:

• Users can manage or cancel subscriptions through their Google Play account settings

• Refunds are subject to Google Play’s refund policies
