Post-doc in ultrafast electronics
i–Lab is seeking to hire a postdoctoral researcher to work on new device concepts based on III-V semiconductor compounds for 6G telecommunications. The successful candidate will have access to state-of-the-art cleanroom facilities and measurement equipment, as well as opportunities for interdisciplinary collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
Support i-Lab in the areas including:
Design and development of experimental setup to characterize novel high-speed electronic devices.
Design and fabricate nanoelectronics devices based on compound semiconductors.
Numerical modeling and experimental studies on nanoelectronics devices.
General research assistance to support ongoing projects within the i–Lab.
Job Requirements
PhD degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields from top-tier universities.
Excellent publication record.
High proficiency in English, with excellent communication and writing skills.
Post-doc in brain-like computation
i–Lab is seeking to hire a postdoctoral researcher to work on new computational schemes based on an intriguing functional oxide: Vanadium Dioxide. The successful candidate will have access to state-of-the-art cleanroom facilities and measurement equipment, as well as opportunities for interdisciplinary collaborations.

i–Lab is seeking to hire a postdoctoral researcher to work on new photonics device concepts based on III-V semiconductor compounds. The main focus of the project is on development of high-speed photonics operating at mid-IR. The successful candidate will have access to state-of-the-art cleanroom facilities and measurement equipment, as well as opportunities for interdisciplinary collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
Support i-Lab in the areas including:
Design and development of experimental setup to characterize mid-IR photonic devices.
Design and fabricate photonic devices operating at mid-IR based on compound semiconductors.
Experimental characterization of devices fabricated in cleanroom.

Post-doc in MEMS and NEMS devices
i–Lab is seeking to hire a postdoctoral researcher to work on new MEMS and NEMS device technologies. The successful candidate will have access to Multiphysics simulation tools, state-of-the-art cleanroom facilities and measurement equipment, as well as opportunities for interdisciplinary collaborations.

Design and development of MEMS and NEMS devices based on theories and Multiphysics simulations.

Support i-Lab in the areas including:
Electromagnetic simulation of semiconductor components
Design and modeling of nanoelectronic devices based on compound semiconductors
Experimental studies on nanoelectronics devices at room temperature and cryogenic temperatures
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Knowledge in electromagnetic analysis using AWR or similar software
Knowledge in design and simulation of RF circuits
Knowledge in experimental methodologies to characterize
RF circuits and components
Proficiency in English and Good team working skills
