How to Install a Canon Printer on Windows 11

Turn on your Canon printer and make sure it is ready for setup.

Connect the printer to the same Wi-Fi network as your Windows 11 PC, or connect it using a USB cable.

Open a web browser and visit ij.start.canon.

Enter your Canon printer model number in the search box and select the correct printer from the results.

Download the latest Canon printer driver and setup software compatible with Windows 11.

Once the download is complete, open the installer and click Run.

Accept the license agreement and follow the on-screen installation instructions.

Choose your preferred connection method:

• Wireless Connection for Wi-Fi setup.

• USB Connection if you are using a USB cable.

Wait while the setup wizard detects and configures your Canon printer.

After the installation finishes, click Finish to complete the setup.

Open Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners on your Windows 11 PC and verify that your Canon printer appears in the list.
