• i ll re write this better another time , the wording / structure is clunky for now

• the city is split into 19 ( ? , i cant count ) districts . the city is surrounded by water and even further fog , noone but officials , specified researchers and sailors know what s beyond the fog . the whole city is elevated by quite a lot due to the fact that the water level changes so drastically ( there are ladders that lead down to the bottom of the sea / ocean

• there is a wall / fence surrounding the city , which means there are beaches and whatnot that don t risk getting swept over the edge of the city
