Besides the IITR students (presenters), Project Supervisors, Mentors, and other IITR alumni attended the presentations. There were about 25 people on the WebEx session used for bringing people together that were spread from IITR campus, to students homes in India, and jury, mentors and alumni from India to USA. Prof. Rajat Agrawal and Dr. Vivek Varma coordinated the jury and final presentations.

Out of around 55 entries, following projects were shortlisted under the program for the year 2020. Currently, following projects are participating in the program and heading for final presentation in June 2020:
For the year 2020, Call for Particiaption was circulated to all the IITR departments at the start of final semester.
