Categories of Registration

1. Presenter

   • Entitlements:

     • Oral or poster presentation slot

     • Access to all symposium sessions and exhibitions

     • Symposium kit (program book & certificate)

     • Lunches and coffee breaks

   • Fee: 

     • Rp 1.500.000 (Domestic Professional, or

     • Rp 1.300.000 (Domestic Lecturer/Researcher), or

     • USD 150 (International) 

   • Discounted fee for students and PERHORTI members 

     • Rp 1.200.000 (Domestic), or

     •  USD 120 (International) 

2. Attendant (Non-Presenter)

Entitlements:

   • Fee: 

     • Rp 900.000 (Domestic Professional, or

     • Rp 800.000 (Domestic Lecturer/Researcher), or

     • USD 100 (International) 

   • Discounted fee for students and PERHORTI members 

     • Rp 700.000 (Domestic), or

     •  USD 70 (International) 

3. Field Trip Participant (Optional Add-On)

   • Destinations:

     • North Lombok – Rinjani Date Orchards

     • East Lombok – Sembalun Horticulture Centre

   • Entitlements:

     • Transportation, guided tours, farmer dialogue sessions

     • Lunch and cultural immersion activities

   • Fee: Rp 400.000 / USD 40 (for each field trip)

4. Publication (Optional Add-On)

   • IOP Conference Proceedings (Scopus indexed) (in collaboration with ICSSTE 2026)

Fee: Rp. 3.000.000/USD 200

Corporate rates of Rp. 750.000 per night are availbale exclusively by booking through conference organizer (tween/double bed of pool view only), applicable for tween or double-bed rooms with pool view only.
