How to Whitelist


Whitelist our email domain to ensure your receive important course information.

The easiest way to do this is to check your junkmail/spam and if you see an email from somebody@ihmexico.com, mark it as "not junkmail" or "not spam". But this will only whitelist that specific sender, so you'll have to periodically check your junkmail/spam folder as you will get emails from various people on our team throughout your course (e.g. CELTA admin, Class Supervisor, etc.)

The best way to ensure you receive emails from us directly in your inbox is to add our domain (ihmexico.com) to your whitelist / safe senders list.

Although similar, each email provider has different ways to do this, so we've put together some tutorials for the most common email providers.
