Servicing a gas boiler involves professional cleaning, inspecting components like the flue, burner, and heat exchanger, checking gas pressure, testing safety features, and performing flue gas analysis, but due to the risks (carbon monoxide poisoning, gas leaks), it must be done by a Gas Safe registered engineer for safety, compliance (especially for landlords), and insurance.
Service the central heating boiler in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions leaving the appliance in full working order.
