GIS software is designed to capture, manage, analyse and display a wide range of data.
Where the terrain will physically reside
What the data sources are
How the data will be used to define the surface
Projection information including horizontal and vertical coordinate systems
Nominal/Average point spacing of the measurements
Accuracy or resolution requirements across a range of scales
Not every one of these has to be known with absolute certainty. The average point spacing and vertical accuracy requirements can be estimated if necessary. A known vertical coordinate system, while recommended, is not required. The ArcGIS 3D Analyst extension license is required to build a terrain dataset.
In collaboration with Esri, IGround uses ArcGIS Pro which is ahead of all other software's on the market. ArcGIS Pro supports data visualisation, advanced data analysis, authoritative data maintenance in both 2D, 3D and transforms all the data into maps and actionable info. Using ArcGIS platform ensures both fieldworkers and office staff use the same authoritative data to reduce errors, boost productivity, and save money.
One single application brings all different data sources into one project and will provide full control when changing design data into construction information.
Compatible with different machine control systems
Using AcrGIS Pro is the perfect add-on for machine operation, with 2D it provides the machine with the absolute position on site and with 3D, the same data is used in the field and office, increasing data quality and efficiency. Using the software your design data will be sent to all of your machines and sensors from one package. The software supports a range of machine control systems and measurement sensors
ArcGIS provides an accurate and easy way to study a slip surface to find factors of safety against failure, and to check improvements from reinforcement. This software analyses reinforcing elements such as soil nails, rock bolts and geotextiles. You can specify material shear strengths, surface loads and horizontal ground acceleration.
Benefits of using this software:
Intuitive software allowing fast data input
Easy modelling of reinforcement elements
vary pore water pressure distribution within the slope
Comprehensive post processing with detailed reporting
attractive graphical outputs for use in reports
Diagnostic/tracking GPS data will be collected and analysed from machines working on site. This will be used to improve the software and also find and suggest areas in which the terrain models can be improved. Also providing real time surveys of the work being completed which can be observed by your or our office staff.
Information can be provided to the machine/machine control manufactures to help improve their products too.
