iGOS4M Database

Database access

• Acces to the GDrive or downloadable Xls version of the iGOS4M database* (download, but not modifiable)

• Acces to an online version of the iGOS4M database* at the POSTECH mirror site (online visualization, download, not modifiable)

How to add new data?

• Add your NEW Hg isotope data** to a modifiable GDrive copy of the database (we will transfer your data to the main database after validation)

  • Some example datasets are shown; you can add your NEW data below this; please send us an email when you are done

• Or, add your NEW Hg isotope data** to a downloadable xls template (send to us by email for validation and transfer to main database)

  • Consider using this template as an SI file with your future publications!

*If you use the database, please cite it as follows: "iGOS4M Hg isotope database, accessed online at https://sites.google.com/view/igos4m/database on DD/MM/20YY" or "iGOS4M Hg isotope database, accessed online at http://igos4m.com/ on DD/MM/20YY" 

**We only accept NEW data that is published in the peer-reviewed literature, and includes 2SD uncertainties, DOI, latitude, longitude, geographical location, sampling date, sample ID, Hg concentration.

Do not hesitate to contact us to correct errors in the database, or to complete your own datasets (latitude, longitude, date, Hg conc is often missing):
