Kids need to move, and the summer is a great time to get out and be active!! Ignite HW Studio is excited to bring youth performance summer sessions designed to give evidence-based training concepts targeting injury prevention and resilience through game play.
Monday/Wednesday - Strength & Jump Training
Tues/Thursday - Speed, Agility, Quickness
Each workout includes:
1) Movement Prep Warm up Exercises
2) Movement Pattern Development
3) Functional Strength & Endurance Skills
4) Conditioning through game play!
