Mindset and Hyponotherapy Sessions Payment

All multi-session performance blocks and programmes are invoiced and payable in advance. This secures session dates and ensures continuity of high-performance support.

For longer-term or fixed-term programmes, a payment agreement will be arranged in advance and confirmed prior to the commencement of sessions.

Single sessions are invoiced separately unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Sessions are delivered by appointment only. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend a scheduled session, may result in the session being charged in full.

Where possible, Ignite Mindset Ltd will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests made within the required notice period.

Exceptional Circumstances

Ignite Mindset Ltd understands that exceptional circumstances can arise. In these situations, discretion may be applied on a case-by-case basis.
