Download Tips

Google Drive is sometimes very slow due to heavy network traffic, especially during the network peak times. If you have a problem downloading files from Google Drive, please try one of the following tricks:

• • • Try it again later.

    • Run a check on your network connection settings and device software updates.

    • Try clearing the cache and cookies of the browser.

    • Switching to incognito window or private mode might fix this issue.

    • Sometimes, certain plugins and extensions interfere in the functionality of the Google Drive, disabling plugins and extension (Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, and Safari instructions) may help.

    • For Google Chrome browser only:

      • • Reset your Chrome settings.

        • Run Chrome Cleanup Tool, to remove software that may cause Chrome to experience issues.

    • You may also try using a different browser or operating system. Here's a useful article with information about browsers and operating systems which supports Google Drive.

        • If your macOS is "(High) Sierra" and iGEAK won't generate or print plots on screen, please check if your system's "Arial" font is active. For some reasons, the "Arial" font in a fresh (High) Sierra is "inactive" by default. More information at https://discussions.apple.com/thread/8420562

    • For two-group analysis, try "Control-fast" and "Drug F Responder" groups

Unzip

• • • Download and unzip a compressed file (~1 GB) into your desktop folder. Do not change (sub)folder names.

    • The unzipped folder size is ~3.8 GB.

    • Now you are ready to use iGEAK.
