Download Tips
Google Drive is sometimes very slow due to heavy network traffic, especially during the network peak times. If you have a problem downloading files from Google Drive, please try one of the following tricks:
Try it again later.
Run a check on your network connection settings and device software updates.
Switching to incognito window or private mode might fix this issue.
Sometimes, certain plugins and extensions interfere in the functionality of the Google Drive, disabling plugins and extension (Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, and Safari instructions) may help.
For Google Chrome browser only:
Reset your Chrome settings.
Run Chrome Cleanup Tool, to remove software that may cause Chrome to experience issues.
You may also try using a different browser or operating system. Here's a useful article with information about browsers and operating systems which supports Google Drive.
iGEAK Download

NOT TESTED on macOS Catalina (10.15) and Big Sur (11.0)
If your macOS is "(High) Sierra" and iGEAK won't generate or print plots on screen, please check if your system's "Arial" font is active. For some reasons, the "Arial" font in a fresh (High) Sierra is "inactive" by default. More information at https://discussions.apple.com/thread/8420562
