Time is critical in both papers so in order to do well you have to manage your time wisely and practice beforehand.

To improve your grade, it is also important to build-up knowledge that is not directly related to geography, so that what you know is not just limited to what is in the textbook. Try to spend time reading magazines and watching educational videos on topics of your interests from history to politics, from natural science to religious knowledge… to build a “sense of the world”. The more you know, the more prepared you are for an exam.
