🌱 What Happens Next
To help us prepare for the weekend and support you as best we can, we ask that you complete a short booking form.
🌳 Where You are headed
The property address is 1313 Ourimbah Creek Road, Palmgrove NSW
After passing the letterbox, continue along the gravel/dirt road as it winds through the rainforest. You’ll arrive at a wooden archway and gate — cross the bridge, then turn left into the paddock, where you’ll see the campsite set up.
We’ll be there to greet you and guide you to the camping area.
Please note that this road is shared with local horse riders and wildlife, so we ask that you drive slowly and mindfully. Keep an eye out for lyrebirds!
The road is gravel but can be comfortably accessed in a 2wd vehicle
🪶 Arrival
Arrival and set-up is flexible.
We recommend arriving between:
10:30am – 2:00pm
This allows time to settle in, set up your space, and ground yourself.
No formal sessions begin until 3:00pm on Friday.
Please Note: While arrival is flexible to suit your schedule, we ask that you please arrive well before dusk. The road into the property is through bushland and rainforest and will become extremely active as the sun sets. For your safety and that of the wildlife, it is best to arrive while the sun is still up.
🪵 Amenities
There is a beautifully rustic compost toilet and shower block on the property. If you choose to shower, we ask that you please use natural, biodegradable products, as the runoff seeps back into the surrounding ecosystem. We’re mindful of caring for the delicate life that lives here ✨
There is access to rainwater on the property. Please feel free to bring your own drinking water if you’d prefer not to drink rainwater.
Phone reception is very limited on site. If you need signal (and we hope you don't) the closest point for good reception is approximately 15 minutes back up the road the way you came from.
For emergencies, there will be a phone connected via Starlink available on site.
There is a shared, undercover space for gathering, with lounge chairs and mats available for rest, reflection, and group sessions. In the evenings, there will be a communal fire pit to gather around under the stars. Firewood is provided.
We’ll have a communal station set up with access to hot water available throughout the weekend for your tea and coffee. You are also free to use this gas stove for cooking if you don't have your own, so please don't go out and buy one just for this event.
There is a washing-up station for cleaning dishes after meals.
If you’re bringing perishable food, it’s recommended that you bring your own esky or camping fridge. There is no access to electricity.
To help protect the creek and surrounding environment, please avoid wearing sunscreen or insect repellent while swimming.
