Ifeoluwa Tobi Popoola is an Assistant Professor of Management at the Walter F. and Virginia Johnson School of Business, McMurry University. His main research interests include the examination of the role of accountability in entrepreneurship, leadership, ethics, management history, and employee (un)ethical behaviors. His works have been published in peer-reviewed journals such as Leadership, Journal of Management History, Journal of Management Education, Journal of Education for Business, Management & Organizational History and Accounting Auditing and Accountability Journal. In 2015, he was awarded the "SAGE Best Leadership Paper Award" for his co-authored paper at the Academy of Management Meeting (History Division). He has taught strategic management, international business, human resource management, principles of management, organizational behavior and compensation & benefits courses. His dissertation, supported by a university grant, involves an experimental examination of Unethical Pro-Organizational Behavior (UPB) based on accountability and identity theories.
