The Industrial Ecology and Sustainable Engineering Laboratory (IESEL) quantifies the environmental impacts of products, services, and systems throughout their entire lifecycles through Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and Energy and Material Flow Analysis (MEFA).
We are seeking passionate students dedicated to life cycle assessment, systems analysis, carbon reduction assessment, resource management, circularity management strategies for cities and industries, and climate-adaptive green infrastructure based on industrial ecology principles.
