The main mission of IELTA is, “to provide high international quality standard programs to the English language teachers, researchers, and learners around the world to enhance their human, professional and scientific skills through respectful, collaborative, cooperative, critical, and intercultural interaction”.

International English Language Teachers Association (IELTA) Nepal was officially launched on 15th June, 2021 led by Mr Sujeet Karki as an ambassador of IELTA, Nepal. It has been established to improve teacher professional development as well as flourish in the ELT practices in Nepal. It tries to collaborate with all the English teachers to share their teaching expertise and knowledge with the country and world. IELTA Nepal conducts different national and international webinars for English teachers as well as enhance their professional skills.
