🎉 IELTA-Lebanon’s First Onsite Gathering! 🎉

After almost five years of meeting online, our IELTA-Lebanon family finally came together onsite for a day filled with joy, learning, and celebration at WestHill College , whose warm hospitality truly made the event special.

With the gracious presence of Mrs. Wafaa, Principal of WestHill College, we proudly announced our new Ambassador of IELTA-Lebanon, Mrs. Reme Hamze, and presented the school with a Token of Appreciation. We also honored Mrs. Sultaneh Abou Zeid and Mrs. Salma Abou-Azar Nammour for their continuous dedication and outstanding contributions.

Our President, Mrs. Mona M. Ibrahim Abi Chaaya led the celebration with heartfelt words, followed by an inspiring session by Mrs. Shahinaz Moussa on “Empowering Minds: Social Emotional Learning for Educators.” The event also featured an uplifting activity led by Mrs. "Jamal Merhej," our Well-being Director and newly announced Vice-President, engaging everyone in a creative exploration of the five senses to rediscover happiness and resilience. Our commited members, Shahinaz Moussa, Huda Maher, Sara Zeidan, Mirna Bou Hatoum, Nidaa Ghanem, & Jamal Merhej attended the workshop and shared their positive feedback afterwards.

Each participant left with a memorable token and hearts full of gratitude, energy, and inspiration.
