REGISTRATION FEES
REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
To join ROMA2025, it is mandatory for at least one author per paper to complete the registration process.
Each registration allows for one paper and covers the attendance of a single presenter.
Papers can include up to 6 pages; additional pages will incur a charge of USD 40 per page.
Payments must be finalized by 31 July 2025 to ensure the paper’s inclusion in the conference proceedings.

For Normal/Student Registrations
Conference kit.
Access to all tutorials, technical sessions, coffee/tea breaks, and lunches.
E-certificates for participation and presentation.
For Non-Presenters/Listeners
Conference kit.
Access to tutorials, technical sessions, coffee/tea breaks, and lunches.
E-certificate for participation.
DISCOUNTS FOR IEEE MEMBERS
IEEE members can register at reduced rates.
Members must provide their IEEE membership number during the registration process.
Bring your valid IEEE membership card for on-site verification during the conference.
STUDENT REGISTRATION
Full-time undergraduate or postgraduate students qualify for student rates.
A copy of the Student ID card must be sent to ieeeras.msia@gmail.com during registration.
Verification will require the Student ID and/or IEEE membership card to be presented at the event.
IMPORTANT POLICIES
IEEE No-Show Policy: IEEE mandates that papers not presented at the conference will be excluded from future distribution, including removal from IEEE Xplore.
Originality: Submissions with a similarity index exceeding 30% will be rejected.
REFUND POLICY
Please note that all payments for ROMA2025 are strictly non-refundable.
CERTIFICATION DETAILS
Presenters will receive a Certificate of Participation and a Certificate of Presentation.
Non-presenter participants will be issued a Certificate of Participation, which will be sent via email one week after the event.
Certificates will be sent to the email address provided during registration, so ensure accurate information is submitted.
