Total Time: 15 minutes per presenter (10 minutes for presentation, 5 minutes for Q&A)
Please strictly adhere to the allocated time to ensure smooth session flow.
All presentations must be in English.
Q&A will be moderated by the Session Chair.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes earlier before your scheduled session.
Report to the Session Chair to confirm your attendance and provide your presentation file to secretariat laptop.
Refer to the parallel session venue list on the conference website once updated.
For on-site sessions, use the microphone provided to ask questions.
Virtual presentations will be conducted via Microsoft Teams.
Meeting link will be provided and published on the conference website before the event.
Please log in at least 15 minutes before your scheduled session for technical checks.
Ensure a stable internet connection, a working microphone, and camera (optional but encouraged).
Presentation slides should be prepared in advance and ready for screen sharing.
For virtual sessions, type your questions in the Microsoft Teams chat or use the “Raise Hand” feature.
