Overview
Urban mobility systems are undergoing a major transformation driven by electrification, shared mobility, digital platforms, and advances in AI. As cities grow and transportation demand continues to rise, there is an pressing need to design mobility systems that are efficient, sustainable, resilient, and inclusive. AI offers powerful capabilities to analyze large-scale transportation data, optimize infrastructure utilization, improve traffic flow, and enable intelligent mobility services. When combined with advances in sensing technologies, connectivity, and cyber-physical systems, AI can play an important role in addressing congestion, reducing emissions, and improving accessibility. This workshop will explore how AI-driven methods can support the design, optimization, and operation of sustainable mobility systems; bringing together researchers and practitioners to discuss emerging approaches, real-world deployments, and future research directions.
