How to reach the school

Flight to Taiwan

You should book your flight to Taoyuan International Airport (TPE), which is the largest international airport nearby Taipei City. After arriving at TPE, you can choose to use Taxi or the MRT system to reach Chientan Youth Activity Center. If you're traveling from Japan or other Asian countries, it is also possible to fly to Taipei Songshan Airport (TSA), which is located in the city.

Taxi

Typical taxi ride from the TPE airport to the venue is 45-60 mins with a cost of around $40-50 USD ($1,200-1,500 NTD). This is the most convenient way to get into the city if you can find people to share the ride. Please note that most taxi drivers prefer cash, so we encourage you to exchange currency at the airport upon arrival.

MRT (subway system)

From TPE, one can also take the Airport MRT Express (Station A12/A13) to reach Taipei Main Station (Station A1, 35 mins), and then walk inside the Main Station to transfer to the Red line (Tamsui-Xinyi line). Take the Red line to reach Jiantan MRT Station (Station R15). Chientan Acvtivity Center is about 12-min walk away from the Exit 2
