The Institute of Electronics Engineers of the Philippines, Iligan Bay Chapter is strongly committed to using its own experiences, learning in developing innovative approaches and professional practices to help maintain a sustainable society for the next generation. IECEP-IBC recognizes that professional activities have direct and indirect impact on the societies. Therefore every engineering practice requires that decisions should give due consideration to the interests of its stakeholders including clients, employees, suppliers, investors, business partners, local communities and other organization.

To support that commitment IECEP-IBC partners with the academe, industries and communities with nonprofit and non-governmental organization to develop technological solutions for the local communities. With the goal of making a positive impact on every areas of our society, electronics engineers and technicians are actively engaged in a myriad of activities to address appropriately the needs of our local communities for both present and future generation.
