Step 1 : Participation Registration & Extended Abstract Submission. 

Registration & Extended Abstract Submission can be done here. 

Extended Abstract submission deadline is 15 April 2026 (Final Extension).

Extended Abstract Template can be downloaded here. Kindly download the template from the menu File > Download.

Step 2: After receiving the Letter of Acceptance (LoA), you can proceed to prepare your innovation video and complete the fees payment process. Video  & Proof of Payment submission deadline is 30 May 2026. The video submission link will be email to you together with the Letter of Acceptance.
