Step 1 : Participation Registration & Extended Abstract Submission. 

Registration can be done here. 

Extended Abstract submission deadline is 15 March 2026.

Extended Abstract Template can be downloaded here. Kindly download the template from the menu File > Download.

Step 2: After receiving the Letter of Acceptance (LoA), you can proceed to prepare your innovation video and complete the fees payment process. Video  & Proof of Payment submission deadline is 15 April 2026. The video submission link will be email to you together with the Letter of Acceptance.
