Larry has performed throughout the U.S., in Canada, and Germany. This program marks 250 years since the Declaration of Independence with America music from the 19th to the 21st centuries. Highlights include guitar solos by Larry Alan Smith and James Reid, and songs by Leonard Bernstein, Stephen Foster, plus the world premiere of Ronald Pearl's "Sara's Winter," featuring Sara Teasdale's poetry.
His program evinced an earnest care for new music ... he played with meticulous care ... a sound command of technique.
