Standard Notarization

For personal, business, or legal documents requiring a notary seal
Fee: $15 per signature (California statutory rate)

Mobile Notary Service

Travel to your home, office, or facility for convenience and accessibility
Fee: $35–$85 depending on distance (Convenience Fee applied per appointment)

Facility or Hospital Appointments

For seniors or clients in care facilities, hospitals, or rehabilitation centers.
Fee: $55–$85 (includes travel and waiting time) 

Waiting Fee  

After a 10‑minute grace period, a $1 per minute waiting fee will apply

• A deposit is required to confirm mobile appointments.

• Deposit Application: Applied to the Convenience Fee once notarization is completed.

• No-Show Policy: Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.

• Rescheduling: Deposits may be applied to rescheduled appointments if cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the appointment.
