When you use AI-powered features, photographs, text, and other information submitted by you may be processed by third-party AI services, including OpenAI through its GPT API.
By using these features, you authorize the processing and transmission of the information necessary to perform your request.
This may include:
Coin photographs.
Images submitted for identification.
Coin descriptions.
Coin-related information.
Other content submitted by you for AI analysis.
You acknowledge and consent to such processing when you use the relevant AI-powered features.
If you do not agree to this processing, you should not use the AI-powered identification or analysis features.
IdentiCoin may use OpenAI's GPT API to process information and generate AI-powered responses, including coin identification and analysis.
OpenAI is an independent third-party service provider.
Information submitted through AI-powered features may be transmitted to OpenAI's systems for processing and generation of the requested result.
Your use of IdentiCoin constitutes your consent to this transmission and processing where necessary to provide the AI-powered functionality.
OpenAI's processing of information is subject to its own applicable terms, policies, and documentation.
HDH DIGITAL does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, completeness, or reliability of OpenAI's services or AI-generated results.
AI-generated results may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or incorrect.
The App may incorrectly identify a coin or provide an inaccurate estimated value.
AI results should not be treated as professional numismatic, financial, investment, authentication, or appraisal advice.
You should independently verify important information with qualified professionals, official sources, auction houses, dealers, or other reliable sources before making financial or purchasing decisions.
Any prices, estimated values, market information, or collection valuations displayed by IdentiCoin are estimates provided for informational purposes.
Actual market values may vary significantly based on:
Coin condition.
Professional grading.
Authenticity.
Rarity.
Minting errors or variations.
Historical significance.
Market demand.
Geographic location.
Current market conditions.
Other factors.
HDH DIGITAL does not guarantee that a coin can be purchased or sold for any value displayed in the App.
You are solely responsible for decisions involving the purchase, sale, exchange, investment, or valuation of coins.
You may submit photographs, images, descriptions, notes, collection information, and other content through the App ("User Content").
You retain ownership of your User Content.
By submitting User Content, you grant HDH DIGITAL the limited rights reasonably necessary to process, transmit, store, and display that content for the purpose of providing the App's requested functionality.
For example, this may include transmitting a coin image to an AI service such as OpenAI when you request AI-powered identification.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights and permissions to submit User Content.
You agree not to use the App to:
Violate applicable laws or regulations.
Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
Submit content that you do not have the right to use.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.
Interfere with the operation or security of the App.
Reverse engineer or decompile the App except where permitted by applicable law.

Except for the limited license to use the App in accordance with these Terms, no ownership or other rights are transferred to you.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, lease, or commercially exploit the App or its proprietary content without prior written authorization.
The App may use third-party services, APIs, databases, infrastructure providers, analytics services, AI services, or other external technologies.
These services may be necessary for certain App features.

HDH DIGITAL is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, policies, or practices of third-party services.
We may modify, update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time.

Certain features may depend on third-party services or Internet connectivity and may therefore become temporarily unavailable.
IdentiCoin is not a professional appraisal, authentication, financial, investment, or numismatic service.
Information provided by the App should not be considered professional advice.
You are responsible for independently verifying important information before relying on it.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
HDH DIGITAL makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:
The accuracy of coin identification.
The accuracy of AI-generated information.
The accuracy of estimated coin values.
The authenticity of identified coins.
The rarity of identified coins.
The completeness of information.
The availability of the App.
The reliability of third-party services.
The suitability of the App for any particular purpose.
The absence of errors or interruptions.
You use the App at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HDH DIGITAL and its officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
This includes losses arising from:
Reliance on AI-generated results.
Incorrect coin identification.
Incorrect estimated values.
Incorrect collection valuations.
Purchasing or selling coins based on information provided by the App.
Loss or corruption of User Content.
Third-party service failures.
Temporary or permanent unavailability of the App.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless HDH DIGITAL, its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:

If you downloaded the App through Apple's App Store, your use of the App is also subject to Apple's applicable terms and conditions.
Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support services for the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no obligation to provide warranty services for the App.
Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to the App, including product liability claims, consumer protection claims, or intellectual property infringement claims.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce these Terms against you.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or use the App in a manner that may harm the App, its users, our services, or third parties.
Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification provisions.

When changes are made, we will update the Effective Date at the beginning of the Terms.
Your continued use of the App after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights that cannot legally be limited under the laws applicable to you.
