Registration Types and Guidelines

Presenter/General Registration

• • Contributions can only be accepted if at least one of the authors is registered before April 14th, 2026.

  • One author registration can cover a maximum of two presentations (Oral and/or Poster).

  • It is compulsory to be registered to gain access to the conference area (as an author or as a member of the general public).

 Student Registration

• • Students registering and paying one of the "Student Fee" must submit an official proof of enrolment from their University or School, indicating their current student status. This document must be sent by email to ideasconference@iscap.ipp.pt  when registering along with the proof of payment.

  • When authoring an Oral or Poster presentation, the student’s name (Master or PhD) has to be the first name in the list of authors, and the name of his/her supervisor needs to go after, in order to be eligible for the student rate. If there are more than two co-authors in the paper, the student discount cannot be applied.

IDEAS'26 DINNER

We warmly encourage all conference participants to register for the conference dinner.

It will undoubtedly be a unique moment of socialization and an excellent opportunity for meaningful networking. By joining us, you will benefit from a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere where new connections can be made and existing ones strengthened. 

We also welcome accompanying guests to join the conference dinner so they can fully enjoy the evening alongside our participants.

When registering, please indicate that you have "accompanying person". This "extra" dinners should be payed separately.
