IDEA's Industry Analysis provides an in-depth profile of selected Philippine industries. Each study examines the structure of the industry, outlines its contributions to the economy, and analyzes the performance of its major players. Following a structured outline enhanced through the years via client consultation and extensive research, each study also fleshes out relevant trends and issues and identifies the industry's opportunities for and threats to medium-term growth.

Industry Ratings

 IDEA’s Industry Rating is a critical evaluation of specific Philippine industries  using customized performance indicators that include, among others, Financial Performance,  Growth Prospects, and Business Costs. Weights are provided for each indicator, thereby allowing  for an objective ranking of the industries being evaluated. To date, IDEA has rated over 600  industries.

Industry Briefs

This provides a snapshot of selected Philippine industries, with emphasis on current performance indicators and trends. The report also highlights recent news, developments, and issues that are seen to affect the performance of its major players and shape the industry’s short-term prospects. The IB is released quarterly, and the number industries covered per release depends on the preference of the client.
