・基本的に作品の権利はすべて作者に帰属します。
・私的使用（趣味の範囲での利用）に限り、利用制限はありません。
・私的使用に限り、SNSでの投稿はご自由にお使いください。
・公的使用（商用・収益化されたコンテンツでの利用）は事前相談があった一部の方に許可することになりました。
→商用・公的利用の際は事前に企画の趣旨を確認致します。（状況によりお断りする場合があります）
・メディア関係での取材等は事前相談をお願いする場合があります。
（企画の趣旨が確認できない、その他作者の事情でお断りする場合があります）
・私的使用含めて差別・不快感を与える表現、他者の嫌がる表現等は禁止です。
（政治・宗教目的などの利用も禁止、不安のある方は事前にご相談ください）
・ネットミーム関係での利用はお断りしております。
（公的・私的問わず、発見次第次回以降の作品利用・技術協力等をお断りします）
・改造は自由ですが、二次配布は厳禁とします。

・改造によって作品が正常に動作しないなどのトラブルには、お答えしかねます。

・各種ソフトウェア起因によるトラブル、利用者起因による不具合に関しては、基本的にノーサポートです。
・作者起因の不具合については、苦情を承ります。

創作サークルideafactoryでは、原則として機械学習や何かしらの研究等への制限・制約は科しておりません。
