Account Deletion

To request deletion of your idaWorks account:

Email: admin@idaworks.co.nz

Include your registered email address. We will process your request within 30 days.

What is deleted:

- Your login credentials, name and phone number

- Your access to the application

What is retained:

- Your email may be retained for audit logs and activity records for compliance, traceability, and business continuity purposes

- Work product created within organizations (checklists, inspections, photos) remains the property of the organization

For complete removal of all data including audit records, contact your organization administrator who can request full data purging.
