Intelligent Design for Advanced System (IDAS) Laboratory is a research group dedicated to pioneering AI-driven design, grounded in a strong physical understanding of engineering problems. We are exploring how artificial intelligence can be combined with engineering to create technologies that will shape the future, including advanced packaging and advanced manufacturing. We are looking for bright and self-motivated students who are eager to join our research group.
