Presentation Program 

For Session Chairs 

We kindly ask the first presenter in each session to take on the role of session chair.

To assist with this role, please review the sample script below, which provides suggested phrases and time management guidance. 

Poster Presentation Guidelines 

Poster presentations will be displayed on classroom tables.
Please prepare your poster in landscape orientation, within 180 cm (W) × 80 cm (H).
Posters will be affixed directly on the table surface, and you may also place materials such as teaching tools, handouts, or small devices on the table next to your poster.

Meal & Accommodation Submission 

To help us finalize catering and administrative arrangements, please complete the Meal & Accommodation Form by the deadline. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. Please fill out the Meal & Accommodation Form by July 31 (Thursday). 

We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but please note that some requests may not be fulfilled. Thank you for your understanding.
