The ICTE2025 Review Panel welcomes your submissions for the 2025 conference. We are now accepting paper abstracts, and details about the presentation formats, submission deadlines, and requirements are provided below.

ICTE2025 offers two presentation formats: oral presentation and poster presentation. Participants may select their preferred format during the submission process; however, due to room capacity and scheduling constraints, we may not be able to accommodate all preferences.

Templates for abstracts and full papers are available for download below. An abstract submission (deadline: December 24 (Extended) , 2024) is required for all presentation applications. Notification of acceptance will be provided by December 31, 2024, and if peer review is requested, a full paper submission (deadline: January 31, 2025) will be required.

Once you have completed your abstract, please proceed with the following steps. Once your presentation is accepted, you will be able to complete the formal registration.
Presentation Application - Submit your presentation title, presenter information, and abstract.
Participation Registration - Once your abstract is accepted, please proceed with the participation registration. Please note that there are two registration forms: one for general ICTE participants and one specifically for JSTE members. Only JSTE members should use the JSTE member registration form.
Register for the conference. Required for all participants.
Early Registration Deadline: April 30, 2025. General Registration Deadline: June 30, 2025.
Submit your presentation format preference, peer review request, presentation details, and abstract.
Submission Deadline: December 24 (Extended) , 2024.
For accepted abstracts and peer review requests only.
