Pam is a teaching and learning enthusiast, a geek, and a maker. As the lead superhero maker for DEVCON Kids, she teaches the fundamentals of computer science centered around problem-solving. With over 20 years of volunteer leadership experience in youth-oriented non-profit organizations, Pam is now the Program Director of DEVCON Kids Philippines and President and Chairperson of DEVCON Kids USA. She is excited to support and learn with Filipino teachers of computer science in the K-12 space as the President of CSTA Philippines.
Vice President: Jessica Demegillo
Jessica is a Computer Education Teacher, EdTech Coach, and Technology Integration Specialist. With 26 years of teaching experience, she is an expert in coding, robotics, design thinking, multimedia development, and EdTech. Jessica is an Apple Distinguished Educator, Google Certified Innovator, and heads the New Experiences with Technology (NExT) Department at Xavier School. She also organizes national education and EdTech conferences.
VP Communication: Edwin de Guzman
Edwin, also known as Dwin, has 14 years of experience in academia, serving as an instructor, researcher, program coordinator, and dean. Currently, he is an e-learning specialist at the University of Santo Tomas and the Vice-President for external affairs of the Multimedia Arts Association of the Philippines-NCR chapter. Edwin is passionate about technopreneurship and holds various certifications, including MTA, MOS, and MCP.
Joel is the Chief of the Knowledge Innovation Division at DOST-Philippine Science High School System. His research interests include Artificial Intelligence in Education and Robotics. Joel has extensive experience in teaching, project leadership, and research grant management. He co-founded DevCon Kids Philippines and volunteers to promote digital literacy and science education. Joel has received numerous awards for his contributions to education and research.
Michael has been an educator since 1999 and is currently the EdTech Coordinator for Kindergarten to Senior High School at Sacred Heart School - Ateneo de Cebu. He is a Microsoft Certified Educator and Google Certified Educator. Michael volunteers to train and organize professional development sessions for teachers and is one of the organizers of the Society for Technology in Education Philippines (STEP) Conference.

Edge is a high school Computer Science teacher with extensive experience in teaching and curriculum development. He has contributed to the curricula of BS Computer Science and BS Entertainment and Multimedia Computing. Edge is currently focused on generating computer science content and curricula for elementary, middle, and high school students.
