Information for Authors & awards

General information:

Prospective authors are invited to submit original and unpublished work only in paper and/or poster form. The plagiarism policy is to be strictly followed by the authors. Papers and.or posters having similarities beyond 10% will be straightaway rejected. Therefore, it should be below 10% for camera-ready extended abstract/paper and/or poster. The authors also need to obtain permission from the copyright holder for third-party content use, if any. All the submissions will be reviewed atleast by three reviewers before acceptance as per the publication policy. All the submissions should be made through easychair portal only.

Publication:

‘It is planned to publish the peer reviewed and selected papers of conference as proceedings with Springer in their prestigious “Lecture Notes in Electrical Engineering” series (https://www.springer.com/series/7818). For detailed instructions for author and editors of conference proceedings, kindly visit the following link: https://www.springer.com/us/authors-editors/conference-proceedings. Selected papers from the conference will be published by Springer as a proceedings book volume. Springer will conduct quality checks on the accepted papers and only papers that pass these checks will be published. Springer Nature does not charge any money for publication of Non-Open Access content. Abstracts/extended abstracts and short papers (less than 4 pages) are not considered for publication.’

Only registered and presented papers will be included for the proceeding. Provided it is finally approved by Springer for inclusion.

The authors have two options for submission: (a) Only Paper (b) Paper + poster.

(a) Guidelines for Paper:

The preferred page length is between 5 to 20 (please use Springer format). Additional pages might be allowed depending upon the reviewers' comments. Use following links for manuscript preparation:

(b) Guidelines for Paper & Poster:

The conference is accepting Electronic Posters (E-Posters) in PDF format through easychair portal. The poster should complement the submitted paper. Printed posters or photographs of printed posters will NOT be accepted. This should be supplemented with the full lenght paper as per general guidelines. Read all the instructions and formatting information carefully given in attached pdf file.

Registration:

Atleast one author has to register for the conference. The certificate will be given only to the registered authors/attendees. One registration is entitled for one certificate only. The registration fee details are mentioned below.

Conference Awards:

The conference awards will be in two categories:

1. Three best oral presentation awards.

2. Three best poster presentation awards.
