· It consumes small VCO area of 90um*70um due to a ring-type VCO with temperature and supply compensation
- 2008.12 ~ 2010.01: A 130nm CMOS Digital frequency synthesizer for mobile TV (FCI Inc.)
· A new area-efficient & low-power scheme for all-digital PLL is proposed and verified
- 2010. 6 ~ 2011.2: A 180nm CMOS universal tuner IC (Raontech Inc.)
