Normal view is the default view in PowerPoint and this is used primarily to create and edit slides.

How is Slide sorter view useful?

Answer

Slide sorter view is used primarily to sort slides and rearrange them. This view is also ideal to add or remove sections.


Question 3

How will you apply Animation effects in your presentation? Write steps only.

Answer

Animation can be applied to any object on the slide and the motions can the automated, timed or trigger.

step 1- Go to Animation ribbon and click on the Animation Pane to display the animation slidebar.

step 2- Select one of the objects in the slide and click on the Add Animation menu option.

step 3- Choose one from the Animation options.

How would you insert Audio clips in to your presentation? Write steps only.

Answer

step 1- To insert audio file, select Audio as media type.

step 2- In the Insert Audio dialog, browse for an audio file and click Insert.

step 3- The selected Audio file is added to the slide.
