Integrated Circuits and Systems Lab. is a research group in the department of Semiconductor Engineering at POSTECH, Korea.  Our research interests include the design of CMOS full-custom circuits, with a particular focus on developing high-bandwidth and low-power interface circuits. These circuits facilitate data communication ranging from die-to-die level to system-to-system level, and we are also engaged in designing additional analog/mixed-mode circuits for next-generation applications.
