Terms of Service for ICS Tamil Astrology All in One

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Android application ICS Tamil Astrology All in One, provided by ICS Softwares.

By downloading, installing, purchasing or using ICS Tamil Astrology All in One, you agree to these Terms.

1. Application services

DrikVak provides astrology-related features, which may include:

• Horoscope calculations

• Thirukanidham Panchangam

• Vakkiam Panchangam

• Marriage matching

• Daily Panchangam information

• Muhurtha date and time calculations

• Astrology-related PDF reports

Available features may vary according to the app version, selected plan, purchase or subscription.

2. Permitted use

You may use ICS Tamil Astrology All in One only for lawful personal or professional purposes.

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the application except where legally permitted

• Circumvent purchase, subscription or access controls

• Use the application for fraudulent or unlawful activities

• Interfere with the application, its services or security

• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or information

• Misrepresent results produced by the application

3. User responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that the information entered into DrikVak is accurate.

Astrological results depend on information such as the date, time and place of birth, time zone, coordinates and selected calculation method. Incorrect information may produce incorrect results.

You are also responsible for reviewing generated calculations and reports before using, printing or sharing them.

4. Astrology disclaimer

DrikVak’s horoscope, Panchangam, marriage-matching and Muhurtha results are based on traditional astrological principles and calculation methods.

These results are provided for informational, cultural and professional astrology purposes. They do not guarantee any particular event or outcome.

ICS Tamil Astrology All in One must not be used as a substitute for medical, legal, financial, psychological or other qualified professional advice.

Decisions made based on the application’s results remain the responsibility of the user.

5. Purchases and subscriptions

Purchases and subscriptions made through the Android application are processed by Google Play and are also subject to Google Play’s terms.

Prices, subscription periods and available features will be displayed before purchase.

Refund requests are handled according to applicable law and Google Play’s refund policies.

A subscription may continue until cancelled through the user’s Google Play account. Uninstalling the application does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

6. Intellectual property

ICS Tamil Astrology All in One, including its software, design, calculations, text, graphics, reports, branding and associated materials, is owned by or licensed to ICS Softwares and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

No ownership rights are transferred to the user through installation, purchase or use of the application.

7. Availability and updates

We may update, improve, replace, suspend or discontinue a feature when reasonably necessary.

We do not guarantee that the application will always be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device or Android version.

Some updates may be required to continue using the application.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ICS Softwares will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from:

• Incorrect information entered by a user

• Reliance on astrology-related results

• Device, network or third-party service failures

• Loss of locally stored information

• Unauthorized access beyond our reasonable control

• Temporary or permanent unavailability of a feature

Nothing in these Terms excludes any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Privacy

Use of ICS Tamil Astrology All in One is also governed by the DrikVak Privacy Policy published on our website.

10. Termination

We may restrict access to the application if it is used unlawfully, fraudulently or in material violation of these Terms.

A user may stop using ICS Tamil Astrology All in One at any time. Any active Google Play subscription must be cancelled separately through Google Play.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the application, legal requirements or services change.

Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, where permitted by law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of India.

Subject to applicable consumer-protection laws, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Salem, Tamil Nadu, India.
