ICS Tamil Astrology All in One Data Deletion Instructions

Effective date: 9 August 2026

Users may request deletion of personal information associated with their use of the DrikVak Android application.

Option 1: Delete locally stored application data

To remove information stored locally by ICS Tamil Astrology All in One on your Android device:

1. Open the Android Settings application.

2. Select Apps or Applications.

3. Select ICS Tamil Astrology All in One.

4. Select Storage.

5. Select Clear data or Clear storage.

6. Uninstall ICS Tamil Astrology All in One if you no longer wish to use it.

Menu names may vary according to the device manufacturer and Android version.

Clearing application data may permanently remove locally saved settings, calculations and reports that have not been separately backed up.

Option 2: Request deletion from ICS Softwares

To request deletion of information held by ICS Softwares:

1. Send an email to icsssoftwares@gmail.com.

2. Use the subject: ICS Tamil Astrology All in One Data Deletion Request.

3. Include the information needed to identify your records, such as:

   • Your name

   • The email address or mobile number used with DrikVak, if applicable

   • Your Google Play purchase reference, if the request concerns a purchase

   • A brief description of the information you want deleted

4. Do not send passwords, UPI PINs, card details or other confidential financial information.

5. We may ask for reasonable verification to protect your information from unauthorized deletion requests.

After verification, we will process the request within a reasonable period and confirm the outcome by email.

Some information may be retained when required for legal, taxation, accounting, fraud-prevention, security or dispute-resolution purposes.

Meta/Facebook SDK information

ICS Tamil Astrology All in One uses the Meta/Facebook SDK to measure app installations, activations and advertising performance.

ICS Tamil Astrology All in One does not require users to sign in using a Facebook account merely to use its astrology features.

If your request concerns information processed by Meta through the Facebook SDK, mention “Meta SDK data” in your deletion email. We will process information under our control and provide appropriate assistance concerning information handled by the relevant service provider.

Google Play purchases

Deleting ICS Tamil Astrology All in One data does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription.

To cancel an active subscription:

1. Open the Google Play Store.

2. Select your profile icon.

3. Select Payments and subscriptions.

4. Select Subscriptions.

5. Select ICS Tamil Astrology All in One.

6. Select Cancel subscription.

Certain transaction records may be retained by Google or ICS Softwares where required for financial, taxation, security or legal purposes.
