Tuition details 

Individual Classes 

• 1 hour weekly class: $400/year 

Full Day Pricing- Students enrolled in a full daytime of classes will receive a discounted rate of $300 per class per year. 

•   Full day class(4 classes)- $1,200 per year

•   Full program (Tuesday and Thursday)- $2,400 per year

Monthly payment plan options available.

EXTRA FEES

Supply fees - the microschool days + a few classes do have additional supply fees.

OPEN ED & HARMONY ED 

You can print your invoice and submit to either of these programs to get your tuition paid when the reimbursement period begins.

Policies

Financial Commitment - When you register, you're committing to paying for the entire school year-long program.  We depend on the tuition to fund our program for the school year, not just portions thereof.  If your student starts after the first day of school, the tuition amount remains the same amount.  If there is availability, your student may join at the semester.   

Refund Policy -  The registration fee is non-refundable.   Tuition (Pro-rated and less a 10% fee and any supply fees) can be refunded for up to two weeks after the first day of class.  After the first two weeks, tuition is not considered refundable.  

Any refunds given to UFA Scholarship students will be remitted through the UFA program manager’s system and not given directly to the parent of a scholarship student or the scholarship student.

We also work with other scholarship and grant programs and adhere to their policies on refunds and other things.   

Communication

It is your responsibility to ensure you and your family understand and follow the iCreate Family Guidelines as well as stay up on communication from the school.
