Ayurveda, the traditional Indian system of medicine, remains one of the world’s most ancient yet living medical traditions, grounded in a comprehensive understanding of health that integrates physical, psychological, philosophical, ethical, and spiritual health. While the Western medical system has advanced through validated research and modern technology, Ayurveda still holds vast untapped potential, particularly in the areas of pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacovigilance. This conference on Recent Advancements in Herbal Drug Research seeks to foster critical dialogue, collaborative research, and knowledge-sharing to strengthen Ayurveda through a modern scientific lens. It emphasizes the need to validate the foundational principles and therapeutic modalities of Ayurveda using cutting-edge tools from disciplines such as molecular biology, proteogenomics, nanotechnology, bioinformatics, pharmacovigilance, and systems biology. It aims to encourage a robust, evidence-based approach to Ayurvedic medicine while remaining true to its philosophical roots. By promoting translational research and integrative healthcare, the conference hopes to pave the way for new therapeutic innovations that combine tradition with technology. Through keynote lectures, technical sessions, and discussions, this event will provide a vibrant platform for researchers, clinicians, academicians, and policymakers to exchange ideas, present their findings, and shape the future of Ayurveda as a validated and robust health science. There are 10 highly reputed institutions from India and abroad have the joint partner for organising this international event.
